I've tried to make it as clear as possible that Enhancer should not be used with Leopard or Safari 3.0, but it seems to be happening nonetheless, so here is the Official Get Safari Working Again Guide:

1. Delete your copy of Safari from the Applications folder.

2. Insert your Leopard DVD.

3. On the DVD, navigate to Optional Installs/Optional Installs.mpkg and double-click this package.

4. Click "Continue" twice so that you get to the screen listing the applications that can be installed (see post attachment).

5. Click the grey arrow to the left of "Applications" and put a checkbox by "Safari".

6. Click continue and finish the installation.

You should not have a new, working copy of Safari.

NOTE: these instructions will only work until Apple starts releasing updates for Safari (typically bundled with security or system updates). Once this happens, not only will you have to do all the above steps, but you'll also have to track down exactly which updates modified Safari, and use a tool like Pacifist to install only the Safari modifications from this updates. It won't be fun, so if you're going to break your copy of Safari, better go ahead and do it now.
